Not Good......

I bought this last week, it arrived on friday, I tried to use it on saturday, but when I plugged it in it was making buzzing noises like it might explode and smoke was coming out of the machine.I emailed Andrew James customer services and am yet to hear back from them. My main issue is that amazon say I have to pay postage to send it back, after already paying around £8 to have it delivered, I think this is unreasonable considering it is faulty!If it was a small item I wouldnt mind, but it will cost a ton to post!!

Do Not Buy!

Do not buy from this seller. Gave it to my fiancée on her birthday she ran into the kitchen to sort us out some smoothies only to have the device set on fire. She managed to unplug it before it properly set alight but there was foul-smelling smoke pouring from the bottom of the machine. Very dangerous.Not only is she disappointed on her birthday, but our house now also stinks of burning plastic. I've contacted the seller and received no reply. I expect a refund - including the postage (which I have to pay to send the item back and it will cost a small fortune!).

I was pleased to uesd this product but there is spill from the bottom when I pour the juice out. And the liquid were stuck inside the grinder attachments which made it smells really really bad. Each time I wash it, I have to unplug the thing to make sure it is clean and dry and I think it is a big problem.However the machine is powerful though. I've tried to make potato and vegatable soup. It only took 1-2 minutes to mash all the potato. Just be careful it would be overheat quit easily.
