Best tasting, and easiest soup making, ever!!!!!!

OMG, if you're umming and ahhing as to whether or not to purchase this soup maker, hesitate no more!!!! You will not possibly regret it! It really is superb! So so easy to use! It literally is just a matter of chopping and throwing in all your veggies, then leaving!!!! It does it all for you! As for the washing up, there really is hardly any! Just a quick swill and its done!The taste of the soup is to die for, and it blends it to perfection, soooo smooth! Of course you have the chunkier option if desired.My one hesitation when buying was whether it'd make enough soup, as 1.6litre capacity sounded less than I was used to. I probably would say it makes more like 4 bowls than 6, but its still ample, and really is the best you'll taste! Buy it!

I was HUGELY cynical about this when my husband ordered it, as it really isn't that hard to chop and cook vegetables in a pan, but since it arrived I have completely reconsidered - I love it! Yes, you still have to chop the ingredients, but once in the kettle (it looks like a kettle), it cooks for max 28 mins, or 21 mins if you want a blended smooth soup, and what is so wonderful is that there is no risk of overcooking, so you maintain maximum nutritional value to the ingredients while still having a cooked soup. The taste was fabulous and very fresh because the vegetables were not overcooked, which is easy to do when making a soup on the stove, and no pots, spoons, ladles, blender to wash, just a quick swipe with a sponge and a sploosh under the tap and all is cleared up.I've also used it to make juice and smoothies, and though it really is just a blender in this instance, there is something about the design that makes it easier to wash than a regular blender, so recommended there too. The one thing that made me wonder was when I opened it to pour out the juice, a wisp of steam came out. The juice was still very cool, but clearly when using it in any mode, the kettle begins to warm up a little, however unnoticeably.In all, the fastest, freshest soup I've made, short of raw soups, and even there, I'll use it to make gazpacho from now on, since it is so clean and easy and fast. Love love love. My new favourite toy.

As not yet winter I have not yet used as soup-maker. However have used for making of smoothies and is brilliant. I like this design as is easy to store and is very simple design. Will look forward to healthy soups later!
