Nice unit, I like the left / right use

Nice blender from MR, pedigree name, and appears well built and solid out of the box.Very quick to set up and use, comes with idiot guide if necessary.6 jug positions means that you can use it left or right handed, that may sound silly, but often blenders are locked in the right hand mode - nice touch.Not super quiet, but doesn't sound like your building a shed when using it either.1.5L jug was big enough for my needs, and I suspect most others, and thus far it has chopped ice no problem.Sometimes you need to add liquid to finely chopped items, or even bulky carrots as it will stick occasionally. The same for very cold ice cream for milk shakes and so on, if it's too thick, you may have to remove the lid and poke the stuff down to stop it whirring away.Very striking color, and sleek design, also a pretty small footprint.Not especially cheap, but looks and feels like quality. I gave it 4 stars.

A very attractive piece of kitchen kit, will look good on any worktop - and am pleased to report that it works well too.The motor is powerful and just the thing for making smoothies - and my favourite, crushing ice for margarita time...A good -sized 1.5 litre jug, althugh I haven't used it for making soup as I prefer to make a larger quantity and freeze etc.I'd recommend this item.
